Benchmark Rata Conversie

Benchmark-ul despre Rata de Conversie a Magazinelor Online este rezultatul analizei unui sondaj derulat in mod continuu cu ajutorul membrilor comunitatii de pe Facebook, grupul “Comert Electronic”.  Daca vrei sa participi si tu la acest sondaj (dupa trimiterea informatiilor ai acces si la datele acestuia) o poti face completand formularul de aici.

Acest benchmark este orientativ el nefiind oficial si reprezentativ la nivel national sau pe o anumita industrie. Rata de Conversie este un indicator sensibil si multi comercianti online au temeri in a comunica acest KPI unei autoritati in domeniu.

In cadrul comunitatii de pe facebook, ECOMpedia a reusit sa puna bazele unui benchmark, chiar si orientativ, de ajutor pentru tinerii antreprenori care isi lanseaza noile business-uri online. In momentul publicarii acestor rezultate (07.11.2017) acest sondaj a fost completat de 185 de comercianti online. Rezultatele le vedeti mai jos, media generala, distributia naturala (histograma) si mediile de tip median pe industrie (pentru a elimina extremele din punct de vedere statistic).

Este un inceput, ECOMpedia are ca scop ajutarea a cel putin 10.000 de magazine online si vom sustine orice initiativa de cercetare in domeniul e-commerce pentru a ajuta la dezvoltarea comertului electronic din tara noastra.

Ratele de Conversie Mediane pe categorii de produse vandute in e-commerce, unde sunt cel putin 3 participanti la sondaj. Cu rosu, pe axa verticala din dreapta, se indica numarul de magazine online ce comercializeaza categoria de produse respectiva si care au completat sondajul.
