How to deny a specific logical condition in conversion segments (MCF) in GA

This is my problem. I defined a segment, a conversion segment in MCF section of GA.
Definition of that segment is (sorry is very, very long and complicated):

Condition1 =
(include any interaction visit duration > 2900 OR include timelagindays > 30) AND
include any interaction visit page depth > 28 AND
include any interaction source/medium contain direct that occured > 5 times AND
exclude first interaction source/medium match regexp organic|email|referral|cpc AND
exclude any interaction source/medium contain organic that occured > 2 times AND
exclude any interaction medium contain referral that occured > 3 times AND
exclude any interaction medum contain email that occured > 1 times AND
exclude last interaction source/medium match regexp organic|email|referral|cpc

What I want to obtain is to DENY the logical condition above. To obtain the correct logical condition that is NOT (theconditionfromabove).

I have difficulties in building that “NOT Condition1” because of the first paranthesis that occurs in the Condition1.
