Benchmark-ul despre Platforma de Comert Electronic folosita de magazinele online din Romania, este rezultatul analizei unui sondaj derulat in mod continuu cu ajutorul membrilor comunitatii de pe Facebook, grupul „Comert Electronic„.  Daca vrei sa participi si tu la acest sondaj (dupa trimiterea informatiilor ai acces si la datele acestuia) o poti face completand formularul de aici.

Acest benchmark este orientativ, el nefiind oficial si reprezentativ la nivel national sau pe o anumita nisa din e-commerce. Platformele de E-Commerce folosite reprezinta uneori date sensibile si multi comercianti online au temeri in a le comunica unei autoritati in domeniu. ECOMpedia a reusit sa colecteze aceste date pentru membri acestei industri cu ajutorul comunitatii create in jurul acestui site. Vom continua sa facem aceste lucruri, sa ajutam magazinele online in efortul lor de a creste. Scopul acestui site este de a ajuta 10.000 de magazine online.
